The Yellow and Blue teams both give new updates from Bosnia, mostly comprising of pictures displaying the recent events of their time in Mostar.

Ministry in Mostar



The Blue team has been able to spend time assisting Brooks, a missionary in Mostar. They have also been able to hangout with a group from Mostar who are leaving in less than a week to spend time traveling to the USA and then take a short-term trip to Ecuador. The Lime team has spent the last two weeks camping in the valley, including time during the first week that was spent building a camp-site to accomodate groups of  young adults, teenagers and small children passing through over the next few weeks.

July 4th



The blue team shares a picture update of their July 4th activities, while Chad writes more in depth about the day. They were able to spend time with Baja, a survivor of the Bosnia-Herzegovina War, who became a Christian during that time and has been a leader among the Christian growth in that area.

Healing, Evangelism and the Armor of God



Chad shares a story of personal healing, and he also had an opportunity for some street evangelism, along with the rest of the blue team. The spent time reaching out at Spanish Square, the area where the Croats and the Muslims split into different communities. Katherine and the Red team, along with Kim L. are preparing to head to Croatia for camp. The Blue team and Club Novi Most spent time in prayer and worship, while also providing some entertainment displaying the Armor of God. Check out that link for pictures!

Life in Mostar




The Blue team gives an update with the plans for their time in Mostar, while Sarah C's update shares several pictures of the area that they are currently living in. Sarah R has returned to the race after spending some time in the US. Chad has already had his first official preaching experience, and there looks to be more in the upcoming weeks.

Welcome to Bosnia




The Blue team shares some background of Mostar, Bosnia, which will be their home for the next five weeks. The Brown team shares of their extended travels, but finally making it to Mostar as well. Chad has arrived at the Bible school and already has some preaching, outreach and street evangelism opportunities lining up during his stay. Some teams will have internet access and regular updates during the next few weeks, while others won't even have running water. Keep checking the site for updates during these next few weeks in Bosnia, as the World Race is officially back in action.

Final Outings



Sarah C and Cathy spent a few of their final days traveling through Amsterdam and Gorchem, Holland, finding rest in places filled with a sense of God's presence. Chad continued to spend time with his new friend Christian in Budapest before being able to witness to others while traveling to meet with the other World Racers in Croatia.

The Last Days



The break and traveling is winding down, and the teams are heading back to meet up together and begin ministry in Bosnia. Chad shares about his time in Budapest and the opportunity he had to meet and develop a relationship with a young man named Christian. The Lime team also gives an update, describing the time they spent in London.

Creation and History



Jessica S, Kim L and Sarah R were traveling together before Sarah returned to the US. They were able to visit Switzerland and enjoy God's creation in the beauty of the Alps, and also received a blessing from a family, being able to stay in their apartment for four days while Sarah was in the hostpital. Ashley, Tauna and Casey continued their experiences in Greece, including a night in a monestary overlooking the mountains, and a visit to Olympia.

The tomb is still empty



Paul was able to visit Jesus' possible burial site while Jacques and Lana have finally made the trek from Dubai to England. Sarah, from the red team, was struggling with illness and returned to the States for treatment. Read her update on the Red team's site.
